Read networks

get
https://develop.dev.itflow.org/api/v1/networks/read.php

Retrieves networks accessible to the authenticated API user.

If network_id is supplied, a single network is retrieved.
If network_name is supplied, networks matching the exact name are
retrieved. Otherwise, the endpoint returns a paginated list of
networks.
