Read tickets

get
https://develop.dev.itflow.org/api/v1/tickets/read.php

Retrieves tickets accessible to the authenticated API user.

Supplying ticket_id retrieves one ticket and includes the matching
ticket status fields. Without ticket_id, the endpoint returns a
paginated list ordered by ticket_id.
